We offer specialist, in-depth examinations, with a primary focus on specialist clinical services for conditions that can be managed in primary care clinics. We promise to do right by the patient, providing honest, clinically-sound advice.

We will test, prescribe, diagnose, manage, treat and monitor as per your individual requirements. Having trained in the NHS, our optometrists are well aware of their capabilities and will always complete all necessary tests, but, importantly, they also understand the limits of their professional judgement, and will refer to secondary care when necessary. 

We are careful about the suppliers and brands that we choose to partner with, ensuring that they are ethically conscious, non-toxic, sustainable and their products are built to last.

We don’t have sales or offers because our prices are fair - we don’t devalue the clinical services provided or the product sold, and we don’t exploit our customers or suppliers.

We promise to maintain integrity, honesty, accountability and commitment to doing the right thing, always.
